What types of delivery do we offer?

We offer two main types of delivery:

  • local in Starachowice and Skarżysko-Kamienna (as well as in nearby municipalities— See exactly where we're going), 
  • nationwide via parcel lockers and InPost courier service.

NOTE: We deliver fresh flowers and products that are highly susceptible to damage during shipping exclusively local delivery!

When and during what hours do we deliver flowers?

We provide local deliveries 7 days a week!

In Starachowice, you can take advantage of flexible delivery date options, including same-day delivery. To qualify, you must place an order no later than 11:00 a.m.. The time required to prepare and deliver the shipment is at least 4 hours.

If you'd like us to deliver your order in the morning (between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.) – Place your order at least 24 hours in advance. 

Our flower shop is Closed on Sundays, holidays, and statutory days off. We can arrange delivery on those days only if, that the order will be placed no later than 11:00 a.m. on the previous business day.

For the rest of Poland, we offer same-day shipping, provided that orders are placed by 10:00 a.m. We deliver from Tuesday through Friday, which allows for effective shipment planning.

NOTE: On certain special days, namely:

  • January 21
  • February 14
  • March 8
  • May 26 

Due to the huge volume of orders – Delivery times may be longer than usual! Although we do our very best, we cannot guarantee delivery at the specified time.

How much does flower delivery cost?

The shipping cost depends on the order total and the recipient's address (including the ZIP code). 

  • free shipping is available in Starachowice (orders starting at 150 zł) as well as throughout Poland (orders starting at 400 zł)
  • paid delivery is assigned to the other zones according to the following scheme

In some cases, they may be able to make another delivery attempt in the evening.

If no one is at the address provided and no one answers the phone, The courier may leave the package with a neighbor, the doorman, or the reception desk, and will immediately send a text message to the recipient informing them where the package was delivered.

We're more than happy to fulfill orders like that 🙂 Just let us know the time you'd like us to deliver the package in the comments section of the order form. If, for any reason, delivery isn't possible at that time, we'll contact you and try to find a solution.

I need my order delivered in less than 4 hours. Is that possible?
